If you need to cancel your project, please let me know as soon as possible. Because each piece is custom designed, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project. Once design work has begun or materials have been ordered, certain fees may be non-refundable. I'll always communicate any applicable costs and work with you to find the best solution.
